All the staff was super friendly, fixed my issues. The room was well laid out and good-sized with rose petals and champagne, had essentials required. The breakfast was inclusive and delicious exactly as I hoped, with adults alike, bacon and also steak.

Truly enjoyed the room with a king sized bed, my bed was soft. The breakfasts were the best and outstanding with options for good meals, a bagel and tacos and the staff were absolutely incredible, did not rush me. The service was top-notch, totally satisfied. The atmosphere created was family.

Climate control, television, and a mini bar fridge inside the a double room were handy. The hotel had inclusive breakfasts with chicken, pizzas and also desserts. The location was stunning, so close to Galaxy.

Location right by the spectacular cafes for a coffee and a book and the steak house. Good-sized and brand-new room with a great view of the gardens at the back from the window. Fast check-in, late check-out.

the property exceeded expectations, beautiful and budget-friendly. staff was amazing and the upgraded suite on the Maya side was gorgeous. the unlimited tequila was a bonus. overall, a quality resort with friendly service.

I got great value for my money at Iberostar Selection. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff treated us exceptionally well. The location was convenient, not too far from the airport.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great as it was very close to the beach, allowing us to easily enjoy the beautiful water and beach. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, particularly the pool which was very clean. The facilities were impressive, with a lazy river that was always enjoyable for families. The breakfast provided was amazing, offering a wide variety of options. Additionally, the staff were excellent, with friendly and helpful bartenders, waiters, and housekeepers.

During our getaway vacation, we enjoyed plenty of activities at the private beach club and nearby ocean, indulged in tasty meals at the buffet, and had some delicious coffee and pastries at the wonderful Rock cafe. We had a very clean room with a comfortable bathroom, and the service was exceptional. Breakfast was always fresh and had plenty of options. We appreciated the availability of multiple pools, the lazy river, and the wave pool. The resort's grounds were excellently maintained, and the peacocks we encountered were impressive.

The available channels on the room's television was limited.

The food was good and the staff was friendly. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions. The location was convenient with easy access to the beach.

The hotel was noisy, with loud music playing day and night. Additionally, the rooms were not very clean and the air conditioning didn't work properly, making it difficult to get a good night's rest.

Amazing Vacation Experience

My family and I had an incredible time at Iberostar Selection. The resort was beautifully maintained with lush green spaces and a stunning beach. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We especially appreciated the exceptional service from Moises Patcutz, our waiter at the Lindo buffet. He was always smiling, attentive, and made our dining experience unforgettable. The array of activities and entertainment provided by the resort was outstanding, from beach volleyball to magic shows. The resort also catered well to families, with kids' programs and nightly shows. The rooms were clean and well-stocked, ensuring a comfortable stay. The only downside was some entitled guests who didn't tip, but that didn't dampen our overall experience. I highly recommend Iberostar Selection for a fantastic vacation. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
